We collect information when you use the App to create an account, select and order services, schedule appointments and track order progress.

  • When you report a problem with our App or services we will collect contact information along with a description of your problem.

We collect information directly from you when you provide it to us through our App. We also collect information indirectly through by interfacing with your mobile device. We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, and other outside sources.
Direct Collection: This includes information such as registration information, contact information, and transaction information. If you do not want to share your information, you can choose not to participate in a particular service or activity. We collect much of the information listed above directly from you when you submit it on our App.
Indirect Collection: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device's unique ID, model and manufacturer), operating system or platform, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, and information about the features of our App you access.
Linked Accounts: If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and your logon process for the app.

These are some of the ways that your information may be disclosed:
Service Providers
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including mailing, website development and operation, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail or email, analyzing App use, processing payments and processing data. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are contractually prohibited from using that information for any other reason. We share information concerning the App and your mobile device with app distributors such as the Apple Store and Google Play.
Data in the Aggregate
We may disclose “blinded” aggregated data and user statistics and blinded and aggregated versions of the Client Data to prospective partners and other third parties. Blinded data is data that does not identify an individual person.

We also may disclose your information in special cases. For example, when we believe that we must disclose information to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use, or may be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other website users or customers, or anyone else who may be harmed by such activities. As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell businesses or assets. In such transactions, confidential customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. How do you keep my information safe?

We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information when it is in our system.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the App within a secure environment.

How do we store your information?

We store your data on protected servers of our cloud service providers, including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. We delete or block your personal data as soon as the reason for storing it no longer applies. The data may remain stored beyond this period if required for legal compliance purposes applicable to Secure24. For example, we may need to retain documentation of our obligations and contractual commitments for legal document retention purposes. In such circumstances, we delete or block your personal data once the requirements cease to apply.

What else should I know about my privacy?

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose information online, that information may be accessible to other customers and users. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

When you or we end your customer relationship with us, we will treat the information we have about you as if you were still our customer.

California residents are entitled to additional protections under California Law including the right to request information about third parties to whom we disclose information for marketing purposes.

Your CCPA Rights
An amendment to the CCPA provides an exemption to the Right to Know and Right to Delete for personal information between a business and a person who is acting as an employee, director, officer, or contractor of a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, nonprofit, or government where the information is used in the context of a business transaction. This exemption is currently set to expire on January 1, 2023. Until that date, we will not respond to requests to know or delete that meet this exemption. Your Nevada Privacy Rights
Secure24 does not sell your personal information.
Nevada law (SB 220), permits customers in Nevada to opt-out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. A sale under Nevada law is the transfer of this personal information to third parties for monetary consideration so these third parties can then re-sell or license the sold information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law.
Special Privacy Provisions for Children Under 13
Secure24 does not collect information from children under the age of 13.
